1. License grant
Subject to your acceptance of this EULA and the Terms of Use, xiaoyisoft grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Steed & Meadow (the “Game”) for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices or browsers you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow others to:
- copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, including third-party open-source licence notices embedded in the Game;
- use the Game to violate any law or the rights of others.
3. Ownership
The Game and all its components (code, art, audio, text, trademarks and related intellectual property) are owned by xiaoyisoft and its licensors. This EULA grants a licence, not a transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Updates
The Game may download and install updates, patches and new content automatically or semi-automatically. Some updates may be required to continue playing. This EULA applies to all updates unless a new version accompanies an update.
5. Third-party components
The Game contains third-party open-source and licensed components (for example the Unity runtime and open-source libraries), which remain the property of their respective owners and are provided under their own licence terms and copyright notices. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those licences.
6. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Game and delete it from your devices. Sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xiaoyisoft disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Game; the limitations in the Terms of Use (Section 7) apply to this EULA as if set out here.
